In today’s Encore Meets episode, we meet Broadway & West End star, Caissie Levy.

Caissie is currently starring in her sixth Broadway show, originating the role of Elsa in Disney’s blockbuster hit, Frozen.

We speak to Caissie about her up and coming solo concert at London’s Cadogan Hall. She also tells us about her early career in Musical Theatre, what audiences can expect from her solo show and what advice she has for young performers.

About Caissie Levy 

Caissie Levy will perform a solo concert at London’s Cadogan Hall on Sunday 15th September 2019 at 6.30pm.

She recreated the iconic role of Fantine in the 2014 revival of Les Misérables on Broadway and is known to New York and London audiences for originating the roles of Molly in Ghost, and Sheila in the Tony Award-winning revival of Hair.

Caissie Levy’s other Broadway credits include Elphaba in the Broadway and Los Angeles production of Wicked, Penny in the Broadway, 1st National Tour, and Toronto companies of Hairspray and Maureen in the national tour of Rent.
